When and where does the event take place?
The event takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in and around 't Uierke, Laurys Gewatstraat 79, 2560 Nijlen (BE). You are welcome between 10:30 AM and 9:00 PM.

How do I get there?
The site is situated amidst the fields but is easily accessible by car. Parking is available in the meadow opposite. By public transport, you can take the train to Nijlen and from there continue on foot (25-minute walk), by bicycle (7-minute bike ride), or by bus (5-minute bus ride to Koekoekstraat, followed by a 5-minute walk).

How much does it cost?
Tickets cost €20; children under 12 and visitors who dare to wear cosplay receive a nice discount. Some workshops are free, while others must be paid for with tokens. Drinks and snacks are also paid for with tokens.

What do I need to bring? What am I allowed to bring and what am not?
Please ensure you have your admission ticket and proof of identity with you. Picnicking is not permitted, but we do provide free water for all visitors. Bringing your own alcohol is prohibited, as are weapons or props that could be considered weapons.

What are the house rules?
Standard rules of courtesy apply to our event. Would you like to take a photo of someone? Please ask for permission first, including before posting on social media.

Can I get something to eat or drink at the event?
Visitors can indulge themselves in the tavern. Check our 'Food & Drinks' page to find out in advance what food and drinks will be offered. Do you have any allergies or intolerances? Our chef will be happy to assist you.

Is there a toilet and a first aid station?
There are free toilets in the Tavern. In case of medical problems, you can consult one of our staff members.

What is the program?
Check our 'Program' page to find out which performances, workshops, and other activities are taking place, when and where. The activities are open to everyone; no prior knowledge of the Dragon's wing or D&D is required.
Participation in some workshops must be paid for separately on site.

May I bring my familiar?
Dogs and other pets are allowed, provided they are on a leash.
